2019年4月1日から施行された「働き方改革関連法」、並びに今月から始まった適用内容に則り、弊社では働き方改革の一環として、いくつかのルールを策定いたしました。
弊社では正社員、契約社員、アルバイトなどの雇用はしておりませんが、自立して事業を行っているフリーランスの方や協力会社を「パートナー」と呼び、弊社の事業やウェブ制作を行っております。雇用関係はないにしても、対等な関係で業務を行っておりますので、弊社でもパートナーのみなさんに働き方改革の適用を実施する方向で調整を行ってまいりました。
さまざまな調整を行い、弊社では以下の通りルールを策定しました。
コアタイムを、10:00〜15:00とし、その間は諸連絡が自由にできるものとする
一般的な定時外の時間（18:00〜翌9:00）は時間外作業とし、通常の費用とは別に時間外料金を請求できるものとするサイトリリースを日付が変わると同時に行う際は、時間外料金を請求できるものとする
一般的な休日（土曜日、日曜日、祝日）は、通常の費用とは別に休日料金を請求できるものとする
クライアント事情による、納期短縮化が発生したとき、通常の費用とは別に特別対応料金を請求できるものとする
柔軟な稼働時間を実現するために、メール、チャット、プロジェクト管理ツールでのやり取りを基本とし、電話対応の優先順位は最後にする
夜作業を防ぐために、緊急以外の連絡は17時をリミットとする
以上のとおりです。
このルールは、2024年5月1日から実施するものとします。
以前より弊社の業界は時間外作業が多い一方で、それに対する対価を主張するのが難しい現状がございます。弊社のパートナーのみなさんが個々の能力を最大限に発揮できるように、また、制作するWebサイトの品質を維持するために上記のようなルールを実施いたしますので、ご理解ご協力をお願いいたします。
なおルールの変更等については、適宜実施し、弊社サイトにて配信をいたします。
